M_ux and M_uy Are Concurrent

Select Yes if M_ux and M_uy will occur concurrently.
Select No  if M_ux and M_uy will not occur at the same time.

User shall only select Yes when it's absolutely necessary. When M_ux and
M_uy are imposed concurrently, the corner anchor bolt may have higher
tensile stress due to the moment in 2 directions, and it will be difficult to
pass the design, especially in case when no anchor reinfocrcement is used.
