Max unfactored static single wheel load provided by crane vendor.
The program will also calculate this max static wheel load. The larger value of
vendor provided and program calculated value will be used for the design.
If the vendor data is not available, input 0 here and the program calculated
value will be used for the design.
Please note we are talking about the no of wheel assuming that it's top running
crane. For underhung crane the no of wheel is doubled compared to the same
condition top running crane as shown below.
For top running crane input Pmax = PT
For underhung crane input Pmax = 2 x PU
