When s₂₂ > 6c , edge anchors work individually.
N_sbg = n_bw x N_sb x [1+(c₂ or c₄) / c] / 4

where  s = s₂    s₂₂= s₂ / (n_bw-1)    c = min(c₁ , c₃)

For edge anchors work individually, if c₂ / c<=3 or
c₄ / c<=3, N_sb of corner anchors shall be multiplied
by edge reduction factor (1+c₂ / c)/4 or (1+c₄ / c)/4,
respectively.
