The no of vertical rebars which are effective to resist the tensile anchors is
different in LC 2&3 - with moment case and LC 4 - without moment case.
Due to the moment, in LC 2&3 only part of anchors nt in the group mobilize
tensile force and as such only part of rebar nv-M in concrete pedestal is
effective to resist the tensile force, as illustrated below.
To get nv-T in LC 4 is straight forward as there is no moment applied and
thus all anchors in the group are uniformly in tension under tensile load.
User can count all vertical rebars locating within min( 0.5hef , 8" ) distance
(ACI 318-11 RD.5.2.9) from the exterior anchor's centerline as nv-T
