Where anchors are used with built-up grout pads,
the anchor rod material steel strength in shear
shall be multiplied by a 0.8 factor.
For welded anchor stud, it's normally rigidly
welded to embedded plate and there is no groud
pad in between. It's recommended to select No
here for anchor stud.
