How to Turn Tooltip or Input Suggestion On/Off
Most Civilbay spreadhseets
input fields have pop up tooltip. When you hoover your mouse over the input field the tooltip will pop up and you can use the tooltip as online manual.
There are also input suggestion in magenta color as shown below.
